Introducing our Satisfaction Guarantee
You expect powerful tools, industry-leading education, and dedicated service. And that’s what we aim to deliver, every time. But if for any reason you aren’t satisfied with that experience, we will work with you to make it right and refund any eligible fees or commissions.

Satisfaction guarantee details

We guarantee refunds for our program subscription and fees as demanded in essence.

While the guarantee covers a wide range of fees and commissions, there are services to which it does not apply. These include Program Fees for accounts managed by, or referred to, investment advisors who are not affiliated with IC Finance Markets; Schwab-affiliated investment advisors; or separately managed accounts (SMAs). The guarantee also does not apply to market data and news fees, operating expenses charged by mutual funds and ETFs, or interest paid on margin loans. Your request must be received within 90 days of the date that the fee was charged.

Funds will be credited to the account charged in approximately four weeks of a valid request.
